This is a block booking for a series of 1 hour Session Credits where we can dig into what you’re working on. I’ll can guide and mentor you through shoots, help you find a path forward or provide actionable ideas and recommendations you can use straight away. it will be specific to the varied situations you find yourself in.

Please Note

This isn’t a videographer service, its a coaching service and while i’ll actively help you solve issues, I won’t take over and shoot for you, appear on-camera in your content or replace crew members.
I may also request links to your content and other resources from you prior to our chat so that I can be fully informed coming into it.
*For in-person sessions I reserve the right to cancel, change & refuse requested locations if I have any safety concerns.
Additional Travel costs may apply to any travel outside business hours (8am-5pm) or travel in excess of a 1 hour standard journey from London or any journey costing more than £50. I’ll quote these ahead of any sessions we agree on.

Cancellation Policy for calls: Advance Cancellations of the entire package more than 14 days out of the first session will receive a full refund.

Because this his sold as a discounted package, If you use any sessions and opt to cancel before the block of sessions has been used, the used sessions will be deducted from the remaining balance at my full session rate before any refund is issued. These rates are £199 per call for, £250 per session for in-person London Sessions (as booked, regardless where sessions took place) and £350 per session for Sessions Outside London also as booked, regardless where sessions took place)

After the 14 day grace period, bookings are final and non-refundable, but may be rescheduled up to 2 times so long as the booked date of the call is more than 7 days in advance of any scheduled call. Any reschedule requests for packages will be accepted wherever possible, but considered forfeited within the same day.

No-shows to calls or in-person bookings are always strictly non-refundable and will immediately forfeit a session credit.

Because the results of these sorts of sessions are highly subjective and results will vary based on your specific circumstances and follow-through. I do not offer refunds after a session has been delivered. Advice & opinions offered are based on 20+ years of industry experience and as such cannot be guaranteed. All services are offered at your own risk, by booking these session you agree that I am nor responsible for any actions you subsequently take as a result of the advice & opinions shared.
